Beautiful Maca, goes nicely with a plant based protein drink or simply just almond milk! I’ve been using it for a few weeks daily and notice a difference in energy levels.

It seems like a good enough product but personally it left my stomach very bloated and gassy. I tried slowly increasing the amount but couldn’t get past a quarter of a teaspoon a day and still got mild side effects. Shame now is I have a whole bag of the product going to waste. I am sure plenty of people have great success and I love the Superfoods products it just seems this one isn’t for me. I recommend trying a sample if possible first before buying full size :-)

I love mixing the Red Maca into smoothies with banana. It tastes fantastic and I know all my nutritonal needs are being covered by incorporating it into my diet. I feel great afterwards. This is straight out of Peru 4,200m high in the mountains and is high in potassium so its great after a big night out too!
