I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about some reviews that claimed that users could see a difference within three weeks but I purchased a bottle to try, out of desperation. I agree-I could tell a difference around the three week mark. I was losing less hair when I washed it and can see evidence of re-growth. I went to my hairdresser about six weeks after I started taking Hair Food and she asked me what I'm doing differently, as the condition of my hair had improved a lot. I purchased this just to “see how it went”. Gosh it is fabulous. I have had hair issues for the past four years from taking an anti-breast cancer medication. I've been taking this for nearly a month now and have noticed little to no difference at all. A bit disappointing as I had high hopes. But maybe it needs a longer trial. I just can't justify the price to keep it going though.

I know this is ‘Hair Food’ but since taking it my nails are the strongest they’ve ever been! I love it, I’ve been taking it for a few months and look forward to seeing what my hair will be like after taking it for a year or so.

Yet again only 3 weeks so I haven't noticed too much change in my hair although I don't seem to be losing any which is a plus. I will reorder again as I think you need to be on this for a couple of months.
I have just completed my first bottle and are very pleased with results. I have noticed new baby hairs growing all over my scalp and my hair seems a lot shinier than normal. I do have very fine hair and have tried many different products over the years. Looking forward to seeing continued results!
